Privacy & Billing Policy

How VeriDealPro handles privacy, billing, cancellations, and refunds.

This policy explains how VeriDealPro collects and uses information for the commission disclosure verification service. It also explains what happens when a subscription is canceled.

Information We Collect

Account and identity information, including your name, email address, authentication identity, time zone, and professional profile details.

License evidence information, including license state, license number, license type, expiration date, uploaded license photos or evidence, and evidence status.

Commission disclosure workflow information, including property address details, posted compensation or contribution terms, commission disclosure versions, acknowledgement receipts, notes, and authorization attestations.

Subscription information processed through our payment processor, including customer identifier, subscription identifier, subscription status, price/product identifiers, selected plan, billing period end date, and cancellation-at-period-end status. VeriDealPro does not store full card numbers.

Security, audit, and usage information, including sign-in events, logout events, commission disclosure searches, viewed commission disclosures, acknowledgement actions, IP address, user agent, timestamps, and audit metadata.

How We Use Information

To operate the VeriDealPro commission disclosure-verification workflow, including posting, exact-address lookup, acknowledgement receipts, and audit history.

To operate professional eligibility, license-state access, account status, subscription status, and display of uploaded license photos or evidence. VeriDealPro stores user-submitted license evidence and does not verify real estate license status.

To detect misuse, investigate suspicious lookup activity, protect accounts, preserve audit integrity, and support compliance review.

To track subscription status, account access, customer support, and service communications.

To improve product reliability, security controls, and user experience.

Professional Profiles And License Evidence

Current uploaded license photos or evidence may be displayed on public professional profiles so other licensed professionals can evaluate trust and identity.

Uploaded license photos or evidence are user-submitted proof. VeriDealPro does not verify real estate license status.

Users may report questionable professional profiles, license photos, or license evidence for manual review.

Sharing And Service Providers

We share information with service providers needed to operate the service, including authentication, hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, payment processing, and support providers.

Our payment processor may provide VeriDealPro with customer, subscription, product, price, invoice, and payment-status metadata.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, to investigate abuse, or to preserve and enforce rights.

Subscription Cancellation, Access, And Refunds

You may cancel a VeriDealPro professional subscription through the account billing portal or other cancellation method provided by VeriDealPro.

Founding Member checkout bills $0.99 each month for the first six monthly billing periods, then $2.99 each month thereafter through our payment processor unless you cancel before renewal.

After a paid billing period starts, payments are non-refundable except where VeriDealPro is legally required to provide a refund.

When you cancel, VeriDealPro will stop future renewal charges for that subscription. Your paid service access remains usable until the end of the current paid billing period unless the account is suspended for misuse, legal reasons, failed payment, or violation of applicable terms.

Cancellation after a paid billing period starts does not create a credit or prorated return for unused time unless VeriDealPro is legally required to provide one.

If a subscription is scheduled to cancel at the end of the current billing period, account screens may show the subscription as active or usable until that period ends.

Retention

We retain account, license, commission disclosure, acknowledgement, billing, and audit records for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve audit history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce policies.

Because VeriDealPro is built around commission disclosure evidence and acknowledgement history, some audit records may be retained after account cancellation where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Your Choices

You can manage professional subscriptions through the account billing portal or other billing-management method provided by VeriDealPro.

You can update profile and license evidence information from your account.

You can contact VeriDealPro support to request help with access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions. Some requests may be limited by audit, security, legal, or service-record obligations.

Security

VeriDealPro uses authentication, private storage, upload safety checks, audit logging, and access controls intended to protect professional records and commission disclosure evidence.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their account credentials and promptly report suspicious activity.
